Scrum Master

Project Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support our infrastructure teams in their Agile transformation journey. The goal is to help teams evolve into fully agile, self-managed, and high-performing units.

Responsibilities

• Transform infrastructure teams into Agile teams.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies — sprint plannings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

• Manage and optimize Jira boards, define and maintain KPIs, OKRs, and create reporting dashboards.

• Coach and mentor team members to become empowered, self-managed, and capable of removing impediments independently.

• Promote a customer-centric and continuous improvement mindset across teams.

• Ensure efficient communication and collaboration between stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master (certification preferred).

• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).

• Practical experience in Agile transformation and team facilitation.

• Strong coaching and training skills with a focus on building self-organizing teams.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English and Polish.
