Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead software backend development efforts within the EV Products domain.

This role involves both tactical and strategic planning, strong cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management across multiple international locations.

You will work with 2 Scrum teams and closely align activities across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and compliance teams to ensure successful delivery.

Tasks:

Project Delivery Management

  • Lead Program Increment (PI) planning and execution for quarterly objectives.
  • Monitor and manage progress, remove blockers, ensure scope and timeline compliance.
  • Coordinate across 2 backend teams (each 9–10 members) with Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, Developers, and QA.
  • Ensure cross-team alignment with frontend and infrastructure groups.

Strategic Planning

  • Translate product vision into multi-year roadmaps and delivery plans.
  • Drive architectural, technical, and business alignment across development streams.
  • Integrate schedules of development divisions into a unified sprint-based project plan.

KPI Management & Reporting

  • Track (adjust if needed, propose new) KPIs for EV Backend teams.
  • Provide sprint-based updates; daily tracking where required.
  • Report progress in SteerCo meetings, and to Head of IT&D (monthly).
  • Summarize and visualize data clearly for all stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as the central point of contact for project-related communications.
  • Maintain open, proactive communication with stakeholders in Belgium, Italy, Greece and Poland.
  • Lead and moderate regular meetings with all divisions and stakeholders.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify project risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure consistent alignment between development, infrastructure, and applications teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven not less than 5 years experience managing software development projects (Agile/Scrum preferred).
  • Experienced with

– Jira, Jira Align, Confluence.

– Office 365 (Teams, Outlook).

  • Demonstrated ability to lead both delivery execution and long-term planning.
  • Experience working in large, complex environments with international stakeholders.
  • Solid reporting and visualization skills.
  • Fluent in English.
