Sales Specialist / Consultant 

Job Type: b2b contract, first order for 9 months

Rate: 7000-10000 PLN + attractive bonus schema

Your role:

Your role is to build new business with new customers. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Finding new customers
  • Building leads
  • Closing deals
  • Develop relationships with your customers
  • The first contract is 9 months and it will be measured by concrete targets.

Experience:

Must have:

  • Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT agency work or a Sales role.
  • Experience in IT outsourcing business
  • English proficiency B2/C1 in speech and writing
  • Demonstrable knowledge of CRM solutions 
  • Good understanding of using LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of the MS Office or Google Office suite
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts
  • Communicative
  • Able to build relationships
  • Motivated to travel
  • Attention to detail in presentation, speech, and attire
  • Respectful
  • Ambitious

Nice to have: 

  • Knowledge of French or German at the B2 level
  • Basic knowledge of website construction concept
  • Participant of Erasmus
  • Worked abroad in Scandinavia, Germany, or Benelux
  • Street smart ( able to find him/herself easily in new situations)
  • Humble
